Order Cancellation & Product Return Policy

T.M.I. Ventures Ltd.

Definitions

T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. – The online store providing the products.

Customer – The individual making a purchase, order, or exchange at the aforementioned store.

1. Purchase Transaction Cancellation

A purchase transaction may be cancelled within one (1) hour of completing the order on the website, provided that the item has not yet been shipped to the customer.

The cancellation notice must be submitted via email through the website form (using the option “I want to cancel my order”) along with a valid order number. If the shipment has not yet been dispatched and the notice is submitted correctly, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method used.

If a customer wishes to cancel their order more than one hour after it was placed, T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. will make its best effort to cancel the order if it has not yet left the warehouse, but without any commitment to cancellation. If the customer still wishes to cancel, they must wait for the package to arrive and follow the refund process detailed later in this document.

2. Product Exchange

The customer is entitled to one (1) exchange of the received product within 30 days of receiving the package (as indicated by the tracking number provided with each order), provided the product has only been tried on for fit purposes and has not been used in a manner that may cause wear or damage.

The exchange is performed by sending the product to the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. warehouse or to an alternative address provided by customer service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. offers size exchanges only and does not commit to color or model exchanges.

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different item (other than the originally ordered product in the same color), they must follow the process detailed in Section 7(b) of this document.

The right to exchange is granted once per order only. Exchanges of multiple items must be processed together for the entire order. Items from the same order cannot be exchanged at different times.

3. Product Return Conditions

The returned product must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Receipt of the credit or gift voucher is conditional on the product being returned without defect or damage.

If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, the customer will not be entitled to any credit (neither monetary nor a store credit voucher).

4. Monetary Refund

If the customer requests a monetary refund, they will be presented with two options. By making a purchase and using the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. website, the customer acknowledges that no special treatment will be granted for their case.

7a. Refund to Original Payment Method

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method only and cannot be changed.
• The refund is subject to a deduction of 5% of the order amount plus a $5.00 cancellation fee.
• The deduction is applied to the original transaction value (for example, returning a product worth $100 will result in a refund of approximately $90).
• The refund will be processed once the shipment is received at the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. warehouse, and will be executed the following business day.
• The refund will appear in the customer’s account within 5–10 business days from the date of processing, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
• Our cancellation fee per transaction is $5.00 (regardless of any discounts received) and is non-refundable; it will therefore be deducted from the original transaction amount if the customer selects this option.

7b. Store Gift Voucher

• The voucher will be issued for the full original transaction amount and allows free purchase of any T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. products.
• Receipt of the voucher is conditional on sending the product by tracked mail to the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. warehouse.
• This option is subject to the sole discretion of T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. and without any commitment to exchange for a model or product that differs from the original in any way (including model, color, or any other difference).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased as part of sales, coupon codes, and/or end-of-season promotions may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receipt only.

6. Coupon Codes & Store Credit

A gift code – also referred to as “credit,” “store credit,” “gift voucher,” or any other name used by the website operator or a customer service representative indicating a voucher or coupon code redeemable at the time of purchase – will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt.

7. Additional Clarifications

• All refunds and credits require presentation of an order confirmation.
• If a customer received a defective product, T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. will be responsible for replacing the product at its own expense, provided that proof (photo or video) is sent to the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. customer service email address (listed on the website) within 48 hours of receiving the package (as indicated by the tracking number).
• Replacement of a defective product is at the sole discretion of T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. Monetary refunds or exchanges are not available for defective items. In the event a defective product is received, the customer’s sole remedy is to receive a replacement shipment, fully provided and covered by T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. A replacement shipment for a defective product will be considered the first shipment with respect to all exchange and return policies.
• T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. and the website operator reserve the exclusive right to cancel any order, without prior notice and without the need for explanation, at their sole discretion. Should T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. choose to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. The customer acknowledges that they will have no claims against T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. in respect of orders cancelled at its discretion.
