All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding on the website. The company will make every effort to present images that accurately reflect the products, but certain inaccuracies or errors may appear, and the company shall bear no responsibility arising therefrom.

The company does not guarantee that it will maintain stock of all models whose images appear on the website.

The company may offer promotions and benefits on the website and may discontinue them at any time without prior notice.

These terms of use apply to the website and its services when accessed via any device, including computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other communication devices.

The website and its content are intended for private and non-commercial use only. No product or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, and/or displayed without prior written permission from the company.

The trademarks displayed on this website belong to the company – whether registered or not – and their use for any purpose is prohibited without the prior written consent of the company.

The user undertakes not to make any use of rights belonging to the company and/or any third party, including copyrights and trade marks encountered during use of and browsing on the website.

In order to link to and/or display the website on other websites on the internet, prior written approval from the company must be obtained.

2. Legal Capacity

Any individual or company performing any action on the website, including a person making a purchase (hereinafter: “the Customer”), declares by virtue of performing such action that they have read these terms and conditions, understood them, and agree to their terms and instructions. Use of this website is intended for and permitted to individuals aged 18 and over only. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. complies with applicable U.S. federal consumer protection laws where required.

4. Intellectual Property

No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, published, marketed, distributed, and/or used to create derivative works.

The website domain, the website itself, and all intellectual property displayed thereon, including trade marks, patents, copyrights, designs, and the like, are the exclusive property of the company. Mere access to the website does not grant any license and/or right in them.

All products displayed on the website form part of the intellectual property of the company and/or a third party that has authorized their use by the company and/or anyone on its behalf.

The user undertakes not to make any use of rights belonging to the company.

5. Warranty

We provide a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase (accompanied by proof of purchase and subject to inspection of the product) covering manufacturing defects, chip detachment, or setting issues only. Product inspection/repair will not exceed 30 days from the date the item arrives at our offices.

The product warranty does not cover damage caused for any reason other than a manufacturing defect and/or damage caused by other than reasonable use. The warranty does not apply in the event of an accident, fall, scratches, or abrasion.

We also offer a paid repair service with no time limit from the date of purchase for repairable damage, subject to the company’s sole determination as to whether the product is repairable.

6. Data Security & Privacy

Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers is of the utmost importance to the company.

As part of the purchase process, registration to the company’s loyalty program, and by virtue of browsing the website, the customer will be asked to provide personal information. The company employs accepted precautionary measures to protect and safeguard the confidentiality of its customers’ personal information, and undertakes to use such information for private purposes only.

By registering on the website, the customer agrees to join the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. loyalty program and consents to their personal details being stored in the company’s databases and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

The company does not store the customer’s credit card details in any database. The company undertakes not to use the personal information provided by the customer except for the purposes of operating the website, fulfilling and delivering orders, and communicating with customers.

The company undertakes to keep the personal details provided to it strictly confidential and to never sell, trade, or transfer such information to any unauthorized third party.
