Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees & Order Processing

Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the website. Shipping fees are charged for delivery to one destination, even if more than one item is ordered.

Due to high order volumes, please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders to the United States are expected to arrive within 5–15 business days from the date of shipment (shipped from our overseas warehouse). Due to high demand and international transit times, delivery may occasionally take longer.

T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. will deliver products either to collection points or via home delivery. After receiving order confirmation by email, you will receive a further notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

For the avoidance of doubt, a “business day” for the purposes of this policy means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.

Liability & Delays

T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. is not responsible for any act and/or omission of the shipping carrier and will not compensate customers for delays caused by shipping carriers.

The customer agrees that T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay in product delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: carrier disruptions, communication or computer system failures, acts of hostility, force majeure events such as war, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, or similar occurrences.

Delivery of products may be subject to the user presenting valid identification and/or the order confirmation number at the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator.

Package Refusals & Non-Collection

Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds may only be processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Any action such as refusing a package, failing to answer the carrier, or failing to collect a package from a collection point immediately forfeits all rights the customer holds against T.M.I. Ventures Ltd.

T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. will not credit, exchange, or compensate in any way customers who have refused their shipment. Such customers waive their rights against T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. and are not entitled to a refund or compensation.

In special cases where the company chooses to issue a credit out of goodwill, the following costs will be deducted from the credit amount: original shipping cost, payment processing fees, cost of returning the package to the T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. warehouse, and restocking fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be liable for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Important: Delivery Address

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within our published timeframe, please make sure your address has been entered correctly and includes all relevant information, including street number, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code.

We accept no responsibility for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered if the address details provided were incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays or packages being returned to the warehouse as a result of an incorrect address.

International Shipments

All T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. products are dispatched from our overseas warehouse; therefore, delays in shipping may occur. Delivery times depend on the shipping carriers and U.S. Customs processing times. Please contact us if you have not received an update confirming your package has arrived in the United States within 20 business days of receiving your tracking number, and we will investigate the matter thoroughly.

Customs & Import Duties

All shipments to the United States are subject to U.S. Customs regulations. T.M.I. Ventures Ltd. is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes incurred from your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The relevant authority may contact you directly regarding any applicable payments.
